1. Booking and Payments

By booking a stay at Crown Manor, you agree to pay the full amount upfront via our secure Stripe checkout. All prices are inclusive of cleaning fees and taxes unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. Please contact us directly for exceptional circumstances.

3. House Rules

• No smoking inside the properties.
• No parties or unauthorized events.
• Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Pets are only allowed with prior written consent.

4. Liability

Crown Manor is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during your stay. Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their booking period.
